Bad experience all around. At pick up, Vehicle needed oil change. Had two bad front tires. Host asked me to have the car serviced (just what I wanted to do on vacation) and authorized expenses. Then he was a No show at return where he said he’d pay me back in cash. Even though he could pay via VENMO. (I’m still out of pocket over $125) Then the Host got annoyed when I asked for return instructions since I was returning car one day early. Check engine light was on the entire trip. Also unexpected parking garage expense at pickup. Big black eye on the TURO option.
