Bald tires on car. Maintenance light on 5000 miles past due. No washer fluid. And car had a fuel smell. I got a flat tire turo had to find me a replacement car

I apologize for your experience. As I mentioned before your trip, the vehicle had been recently inspected by Mavis due to Mercedes' unavailability to schedule maintenance. I always trust my dealer service department, but Mavis assured me that all service and schedule B maintenance had been performed. Everything has been addressed. Again, I apologize for the issue during your trip.
