!!!!Please Read!!!! The Nissan Leaf is an ELECTRIC VEHICLE. Charging takes 30 minutes to an hour for a full charge. Download the EVGO app to locate chargers around you and pay for charging. You can only refuel the car at a charging station, no gas. Range varies from 155 miles to 200 miles depending on weather conditions, air conditioning usage, driving conditions, and settings inside the car. We highly recommend renters to purchase Turo insurance. Basic Turo insurance: $2,500 deductible on coverage for other cars, $3,000 deductible on car rented. Premium Turo insurance: $250 deductible on other cars, still $3,000 deductible on rented car. Turo’s coverage on our car has a deductible of $2,500. Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc. is not allowed due to the low range. Inform us if you are traveling out of the Bay Area.

First of all, I paid $ 120 to have the vehicle delivered to me at the San Franciso airport.  The morning of the pick-up on Friday May 21, Jimmy called me to tell me that he could not deliver the vehicle to me but he offered to refunds me for the $ 120 and that I go and collect the vehicle from Foster City. I accept and take an Uber to pick up the car.  I see a car loaded at 43% forcing me to go to a station to charge the vehicle in order to be able to use it in the afternoon. - the next day, Saturday 22, having been fully charged for the rental, I contact Jimmy to find out when he thinks of refunds me the $ 120.  There, he asks me for proof of the debit of $ 120 even though he has this information on his TURO account.  Despite everything, I send him the info.  There, he answers me, that he will refunds me when the vehicle returns on Monday.  So I wait. - Sunday, 1 hour before dropping off the vehicle.  Jimmy asks me to be nice to him and to charge his vehicle 100%.  Even though I only received it at 43%.  Jimmy promises to pay me back on Monday and asks me for this favor.  I end up accepting and lose more than 1 hour loading his car. I return his car to the exact place and send him pictures lest he find an excuse to charge me a tow truck fee of $ 600 that he did not hesitate to threaten me. - I therefore let 2 days pass, not seeing my payment of $ 130 ($ 120 delivery fee and $ 10 electric charge) come Tuesday morning.  There, he told me that his accountant was in Hawaii and did not have time to send me the transfer.  I remind him of his commitments.  There he made me 2 screenshots of paypal where he made a payment simulation but without validating the payment.  Besides, I asked him for the transaction number that he never wanted to give me while on payal, if the transaction is made, the number is accessible. There, he plays the game of the delay of international payment by clearly distinguishing between paypal europe and paypal americain.  It has nothing, I contacted paypal who confirmed to me that the payment arrives within 2 days max. He tries to play the clock so that my deadline to evaluate it has passed. His name is Jimmy but also James, another Turo salesman.  He mixed the brushes several times. In conclusion, this person is a liar, a schemer and has no words.  He tries to make his customers feel guilty and abuse their kindness.  I send him messages to hold him accountable but he never answers questions, he calls back so as not to leave any traces, he insults me and as soon as there is no answer left, he hangs up. Go your way and stay out of trouble.  This person is unreliable.  I've been fighting with him for 1 week to get my $ 130 back. And at the moment I still haven't got my money back.

I did not receive the car that I rented, with no warning and no change. He called me an hour before to tell me he could not wash or charge the vehicle. Very disappointing
