Vehicle was dirty upon arrival despite communicating importance of clean vehicle before drop off. Key fob battery was dead and kept giving us issues every time we needed to drive somewhere which made our wedding even more stressful. Host offered to drop off extra key fob but never came through after giving drop off instructions and gave us repeated vehicle start up instructions that were unsuccessful. The 911 is a fantastic vehicle but I would not recommend this host simply due to inconvenience and uncleanliness.
This $160K Porsche 911 Carerra was delivered fully detailed as part of our $1M+ fleet. The guest, unfamiliar with high-performance vehicles, confessed to tampering with and irreparably destroying a brand-new $2K key fob. We offered a backup, but he was 3+ hours away while our team assisted other clients. He still drove 400 miles, then returned the car late, dirty, misfueled, and visibly damaged. His review omits key facts and distorts the elite experience we proudly and consistently deliver.
