Andrew was super helpful, and the car was perfect while I waited to settle with an insurance company. Would definitely rent from again and recommend to anyone visiting Santa Rosa.

First the good. The car was convenient to pick up and communication was great. The 1 star review was related mainly to cleanliness. The car had a musty smell that made it unpleasant to drive with the windows up. The car was dirty both inside and out and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. I was hoping it would be at least marginally cleaned before our use.
