Great car, great price. Philip was always quick to respond when I had a question, and pickup and drop off was super easy. This was my first experience with Turo, it went very smoothly.

Had a month long rental with Phillip, which I cancelled after picking up car, because of missing charger for electric vehicle aspect of this hybrid. It had just been stolen prior to my rental and he hadn’t had time to clarify. He was honorable in accepting my cancellation for full refund, even though he lost the month at last minute. He made good faith attempts to replace the charger if I wanted. The car was great and Phillip honorable, even though I ended up not using it. Wouldn’t hesitate renting from him in the future.

Great car, though do make sure you are willing to spend more to refill with premium gas. Otherwise no issues at all and it was a dream to drive! Great mileage. And Phillip was flexible, communicative and wonderful to work with. Would definitely borrow again!
