A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo reservation if there is any lingering smoke smell or other odor detected upon return. ⭐️ For any contactless pickups , text me when you are at the car and send a picture of your driver's license; the car will be unlocked remotely when your driver's license picture is received. The key will be inside the center console. ⭐️ The TESLA will be delivered with a Battery Level of at least 75% to 90%. Return car with at least the same Battery Level as when you picked up the car. A fee of $25 plus whatever is necessary to fully charge will be applied to your trip bill if the car is returned with less charge. Please always try and recharge before the battery level goes below 20% because anything lower could damage the battery. Thanks. ⭐️ The car will be cleaned, washed, and disinfected before and after every trip. All of the “Hot Spots” will be wiped down, including the steering wheel, door handles, trunk latch, and any other surfaces that are touched frequently. Please return the car in clean condition to avoid a cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be applied for food or stains requiring a professional detail. ⭐️ No pets allowed (extra fee will be applied for pet hair) up to $150 ⭐️The keyless entry enables you to get checked in and go. Keycards are provided for the duration of your drive. The replacement fee for lost or damaged keycards is $100. ⭐️Supercharging is set up for this Tesla, so you may use any Tesla supercharger in the nation. The use of Tesla superchargers will be billed post-trip. The cost varies depending on the charger used and the time you use it. kW rates are reduced after 9 pm. ⚠️Tesla charges $1 per minute idle fees cars for cars that are left plugged in after 5 minutes past full charge. Kindly remove the vehicle when charging is completed to avoid idle fees. These fees will be billed to you post-trip. ⭐️A charging cord is supplied with the rental in the event that you would like to plug in the vehicle at a regular electric outlet. Please note that charging speeds are much slower. The replacement fee for damaged or lost power cable is $350. ⭐️ A charging adapter for non-Tesla chargers is in the trunk, so you can charge the car at any charging station if needed. Note that you will need to set up an account with Chargepoint or other provider in order to use their services. Note that it takes significantly longer to charge than at the superchargers. ⭐️ Please leave all cords and equipment/tools in the vehicle. Any missing parts will result in replacement fees. ⭐️ TOLLS*** FastTrak® Toll Road Transponder equipped. The car has all access to the California toll road. Guests will be charged per use after the trip.
