SFO : There will be free shuttle, but we charge for the delivery service SJC : Delivery is FREE, but you need to find your own way to our lot * This car has toll pass, you can use any toll lane /bridge and we will bill you later === To avoid paying twice for tolls, DO NOT prepay online when passing through a toll plaza with electronically tolled lanes, instead, I will request for toll reimbursement when I received the toll statement. I clean up and sanitize every car for every trip. They're expected to be returned in the same condition as they were picked up. If the car is significantly more dirty than it was on check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee. The pickup process was straightforward, but even though the app says the car will be at the SJC airport, it is not. One must take an Uber, Lyft or taxi to get the car. This added $45 to the cost of my rental—essentially a hidden charge.
