Faqs

  • How do I charge the Tesla?

There are superchargers located all over the Bay Area. At pick up, I will go over where to locate them on the screen. If you click on the right bottom side of the navigation screen, there is a lightning bolt. After clicking on the lightning bolt, the navigation system will show you all of the superchargers and 220 volt chargers near by. When at a supercharger, you will back into the spot, open the charge port from the screen, and plug it in! The car is then automatically charged with the amount and time remaining on the screen. At 220 volt chargers, I have provided an adaptor to plug into the charger for the Tesla.

First off, driving this Tesla was a lot of fun and an experience. It was very James and his team were very helpful in getting us started and ensuring that we had everything situated with the Tesla Supercharging. Had an interesting pickup where he yelling at another customer on the phone about their charging situation. Additionally, the car wasn't really cleaned up to the standards that I'm used to. It had crumbs in the backseat and sand in the console of the car. All this said, I would still short term rent from James and team in the future. Thank you all!

It was a great experience with James and his team! The car worked perfectly and smooth! The only downfall of our trip was the inconvenience of charging it in a small town, as opposed to the many gas stations where we were! But if where you’ll be has plenty charging stations, using James and his cars are a MUST! Everyone responded timely and they were so kind and flexible with us!!
