Car was fine. Sounds like it needs new brakes. Pickup and drop off directions were unclear and host was slow to respond to messages for clarification.
You may be upset we didn’t pick it up from your hotel for free and that’s fine! Most guests have no problem finding the car at the airport or dropping it off so sorry that you had trouble at pick up but all the directions are at the top of the booking no reason to message us because it’s all there. Photos, directions, section number, key info, etc.
You then decided to drop it off a few hours early and we responded in 10 minutes so sorry for that delay. Thanks for taking care of our car.

The tint in the back is bubbling and impossible to see out of, especially at night. Other than that the car runs smoothly and the host was really helpful

I've always been a fan of German Engineering and Strife's CLA was lovely. We had an excellent trip driving around California, the car is in great condition and made our journey safe and comfortable.
