Turo hosts can charge a $150 violation fee for cleaning issues due to abuse or irresponsibility. Please make sure there is no mud on the interior/exterior, and no sand inside the car.
No smoking of any kind is permitted, including vaping, cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, etc.
No pets are allowed, and a cleaning fee will be charged for pet hair removal.
This vehicle is equipped with a security device that gathers driving data, encompassing vehicle location, mileage, driving behavior, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for purposes such as vehicle recovery and insurance claims.
To connect Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, ensure the vehicle is in park (P). Tap the corresponding option on the touchscreen, open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, select 'Kia K5' to connect, and follow the remaining instructions to complete the setup process.
If any damages or accidents occur during your trip, please report them to me immediately. After your trip ends, I will create a damage report, obtain repair cost estimates, and initiate a damage claim process. I aim to resolve all claims directly with you. In the event that we cannot reach an agreement within 19 days, I will escalate the matter to Turo for their intervention in managing the claim. Please be aware that involving Turo will incur additional fees for both parties.
