Car will be parked in parking spot A22, close to the street as you enter the driveway.

ABOVE ALL Return the car in the condition it was given to you. CLEANLINESS Please return the interior of the car clean as when it was delivered or picked up. , ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. No Pets; dogs, cats or otherwise. I do my own interior cleaning. ALL MY CARS ARE CLEANED AND SANITIZED AFTER EVERY TRIP. FUEL I expect all my vehicles to be returned with a full tank of gas at the end of your trip, unless post trip fuel is purchased at booking. Fuel charge will apply for less than full level and a reimbursement will be requested within 72 hours after the end of your trip. LATE RETURNS If you pick up the vehicle late that's usually not a problem for me, as long as you let me know you're running behind. However picking up late DOES NOT mean you can return the car late. Late returns are not acceptable. The car is due back no later than the listed Turo time. This is to protect you, as insurance is only covered during the rental periods. If you're running behind, please modify the trip through Turo to avoid late fees. • Can I return the car after hours?

  Yes. Car can be returned at any hour. Park the car in the designated parking spot at our primary location right outside SJC airport and put the keys in the office mail slot.

• What if emergency happened?

  Please call 911 if case of emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via Turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.

• Is smoking permitted in the car?

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

• Does gas need to be filled?

  Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. There is a Chevron/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.

• SJC Airport pickup / drop-off

  SJC Airport pickup or drop-off is available as a courtesy and not always guaranteed. Car is located about a mile outside SJC airport.

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option.
