Pickup location was only moderately confusing. Could have been user error though. Also had to pay to pick up the car, understandably so given its close proximity to the airport, but could have been expressed to us beforehand. Otherwise, the price for the car was fair, including refueling as well. The car was clean and in good shape, drove well and the provider gave thorough and excellent directions regarding use etc.
