Your Turo car will be parked curbside at this location. This location is roughly 12 miles from SFO. A short uber or taxi ride that typically costs around $20. If you prefer picking up at the SFO airport, please choose SFO delivery option. A convenient gas station is located at the corner for quick and easy fill up at the end of your trip.

Basic Rules: 1. The primary driver must be present at pick up with a valid driver’s license. For contactless pick up the car with be equipped with a lockbox for key retrieval. The car can be picked up at a parking lot in San Mateo 2. Please enjoy the car but treat it as your own: -Please no drag racing/reckless driving/off roading. -Please do not smoke/vape in the car. Smoke and odor removal fee is $150 and possible account suspension. -Please be tidy/clean if eating in the car. 3. Premium gas only (91 octane). Please keep receipts showing premium gas was used and return the car with a full tank, same as when you picked it up. 4. Please no pets in the car. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for violating my no pet policy. 5. If you need roadside assistance, towing, flat tire or have been in an accident and the vehicle can not be driven, please contact Turo Roadside assistance and someone will be dispatched to you immediately. Complete any required claims process if damage to the vehicle has occurred. Call Turo Customer support for roadside assistance.

• Where do I return the car at SFO? Can I return to the domestic parking lot?

  You must return the car to the same lot (International Terminal Short-Term Hourly Lot). ✅ Important: Returning the car to any other SFO lot is a violation of airport rules and Turo’s policies. Doing so may result in parking violation fines from both SFO and Turo.

• Who pays the parking fee to exit the lot at pickup at SFO?

  When you pick up the car from the airport lot, you (the guest) are responsible for the parking fee to exit. • The parking rate is set by SFO. • Typical cost: up to $36 (the airport maximum daily rate). • While I aim to deliver the car as close as possible to your reservation start time to minimize this cost, I cannot guarantee exact timing for every reservation. Please budget for a parking fee up to $36.

• Do I pay for parking at return at SFO?

  No. The return parking fee is included in the delivery fee you paid to Turo. You just need to park the car in the same lot, lock it, and follow the Turo return instructions.

• Where will my car be delivered at SFO?

  Your vehicle will be delivered to the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) International Terminal Short-Term Hourly Parking Lot. This is the official location approved by the Turo and SFO contract agreement.
