Your Turo car will be delivered to a safe private parking lot next to the building of 1602 South El Camino Real. This location is roughly 12 miles from SFO. A short uber or taxi ride that typically costs around $20. A convenient gas station is located at the corner for quick and easy fill up at the end of your trip.
Guidelines
Basic Rules: 1. The primary driver must be present at pick up with a valid driver’s license. For contactless pick up the car with be equipped with a lockbox for key retrieval. The car can be picked up in a private parking lot off of S. El Camino Real in San Mateo 2. Please enjoy the car but treat it as your own: -Please no drag racing/reckless driving/off roading. -Please do not smoke/vape in the car. Smoke and odor removal fee is $250 and possible account suspension. -Please be tidy/clean if eating in the car. 3. Premium gas only (91 octane). Please keep receipts showing premium gas was used and return the car with a full tank, same as when you picked it up. 4. Please no pets in the car. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for violating my no pet policy. 5. If you need roadside assistance, towing, flat tire or have been in an accident and the vehicle can not be driven, please contact Turo Roadside assistance and someone will be dispatched to you immediately.
