The address of the lot is 1199 19th Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94403; it is a lot conveniently located at the interchange of HWY 101 and 92. It’s a lot right across the way from Bay Area Storage at 1150 19th Ave; this business has a big lighted sign & teal blue roof, so look for that and right across the street you will see your prepared vehicle! Please use: "Park & Ride Caltrans San Mateo" if you are using Waze or Apple Maps.
🐶We are dog friendly! But we also want to keep our vehicles clean for future guests, please clean up after your pet including laying down protection for dog hair. Go to the extras section of our listing for our “Doggie Package” which includes a blanket to protect the seats and a seatbelt to ensure your best friend is safe during the trip. 🚫No smoking, please. The smell of smoke of any kind will result in an unfavorable review and very likely a smoke removal fee. We hate charging fees, so please, just smoke elsewhere. 🧹We clean & sanitize before every trip. Please return the vehicle back as tidy as possible to avoid excessive cleaning fees. The car is always delivered with a full tank. If you can't return the car back with a full tank? Don't fret! We will gas it up for you and charge you back via the Turo app. Turo charges a $10 fee that we cannot override but many guest use this option in a time crunch!

Car smelled like smoke and it stuck to my clothes. Drove ok but definitely needs an alignment as the wheel pulled to the left.
Thank you for your feedback! The vehicle is prepped the same each time. Washer, sanitized, air fresheners checked and replaced as necessary. Each car meets all safety standards and maintained in excellent condition. We will investigate the steering issue as this is the first issue of it in more than 100 trips but will be investigated Have a great day!
