I just got into an accident what do i do?
In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is available on the app when you view the trip details. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and state of vehicle), driver license info (name, address, and driver license number), and insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents. If you need to speak with a Turo customer service representative, their number is [Number redacted for privacy and security]. Please message us a few pictures that clearly show the damage to (insert #) and report the accident to Turo using: https://turo.com/resolutions
Does the vehicle need to be returned on a full tank fuel?
Yes, unless you selected the prepaid fuel extra when booking.
