The car, in pristine condition and gleaming like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The drive was incredibly smooth, with the whisper-quiet electric engine adding extra enjoyment, and the autopilot feature was a game-changer, making long highway journeys effortless. The owners were exceptional; their communication was excellent, they were quick to respond to queries, clearly laid out all details, and accommodated my schedule perfectly for pickup and drop-off. They offered a detailed walkthrough of the car's impressive features, showing patience and thoroughness. A prepared handbook with FAQs, charging stations, and contact numbers made the whole experience hassle-free. Upon pickup, the car was spotless inside and out, with thoughtful touches like hand sanitizer and local snacks. Returning the Tesla was just as smooth, with the owners treating the process with warmth and professionalism.
