Porsche tires are very expensive. The car comes with a built-in GPS to track its location, average speed, and daily route. 🚩Please be extra careful when parking or turning close to a curb as the bumper is low. We recommend reverse parking when possible for better visibility on the curb and sides of the car. Each tire/wheel will be photographed before/after and any curb rash will incur a repair fee of $550 per tire/wheel. 🚩Also be careful going over bumps, dips and driveways to prevent scratching. 🚩The vehicle license plates are registered with Fastrak. You do not need to stop at the toll plaza and you may use the Fastrak lanes. You will be billed at the end of your trip through Turo. 🚩Hand Wash ONLY, If you choose to wash the car. Machine wash will Damage the paint and cover. 🚩Late or improper return of the vehicle will incur a charge of $350. 🚩We recommend reverse parking for better visibility on the curb and sides of the car. 🚩 The convertible top buttons are in the middle. Only operate the convertible top during stop or at less than 50 MPH due to safety and mechanical.

• Is smoking or pet allowed?

  Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the car at anytime. Any smell/residue will be charged a cleaning fee. Small pet is allowed in the car. Add a Pet Fee Extra for $75/day when booking.

• How should I handle bridge tolls?

  The vehicle license plates are registered with Fastrak. You do not need to stop at the toll plaza and you may use the Fastrak lanes. Toll Transponder ID: 01010002053746

• Is a phone mount provided?

  Yes, a phone mount is provided to fit any phone during the trip.

• What type of phone charger does the car have?

  Both an iPhone and Android charger.

• Can I fit my carry-on bags in the trunk?

  Please measure your bags. The trunk space is limited: 27x17x16 inches are the dimensions for the front. And 33x17x8 inches for the back. Recommend to pack light when renting this car!

• What type of gas should I use to fill the car? And do I need to fill the gas tank when returning?

  Premium unleaded gasoline 91+ only. Yes, you need to replace the gas to the level it was at when you first took delivery of the car and provide proof of receipts. If the car is not returned to the gas level it was at delivery, cost of refueling plus $10 convenience fee will be charged. For your convenience, you can save time and make dropoff a breeze by adding the Prepaid Fuel Extra for $130/trip, which allows you to return the car at any fuel level. Price includes up to a full tank of gas.

• Do I need to wash the car when returning?

  No, do not wash the car when returning but please remove the trash and keep the car as clean as possible. A cleaning fee will only be charged in severe cases related to the interior, e.g. spilled liquids, pet hair removal, smoke smell, etc. If you wanted to cash the car prior to returning, only hand-wash is allowed as automatic car wash will damage the cover and paint.

• How is delivery, pickup, and drop-off handled normally?

  For pickup and drop-off, the Turo app must be installed for location and check-in details. Please follow the instructions in the Turo app and in our messages when the car is booked. For custom address deliveries, please clearly communicate the address you'll want the car delivered to. We'll work out the meeting location in messages when the car is booked.

• Can more than 1 person drive the vehicle during the trip?

  Before adding another driver, they would need to create a Turo account and get approved similar to how you, the primary driver was setup in the first place. Under the trip section there is a place to add the approved driver's email address. Make sure to add the email address that the additional driver has registered with Turo.
