Pickup vehicle in San Jose or choose custom delivery for a small fee and we'll bring the car to you! The car will be ready with a full tank of glass/fully charged and we'll ensure that everything is cleaned and sanitized prior to your rental. Basic Rental Rules: 1) Primary driver must be present for pick up and must upload license photos to the Turo app before the reservation begins. Additional drivers can be added for free but cannot pickup the vehicle without the primary driver. 2) Treat the car like your own please: - No racing/reckless driving/off-roading - No pets - No smoking/vaping in the car (fine: $250 + account suspension if there is evidence of smoke after the trip) 3) Premium gas only (91 Octane and return the car with a full tank unless you chose the prepaid fuel option) 4) 30-minute return grace period. No need to extend your trip unless you're running more than 30 minutes late. 5) No need to wash the car before returning, but please keep it tidy. 6) All of our vehicles are registered with Fastrak, making toll collection easy. The tolls will be sent to you with an invoice in the Turo app after the reservation ends.
