Hung is an absolute gentleman and professional. He is flexible and was extremely understanding. He even came out to pick me up when he found out I was going to take an Uber to get the car. Hung personifies good customer service. He thought quick on his feet and ensured I had a vehicle for my trip when there was an issue with the car I originally booked - I ended up with an upgrade! I can’t recommend Hung, or his fleet of Beamers enough. He is a reminder that there are still good humans on this planet, who are empathetic, flexible, and care about each other. Thanks Hung!
