Superb 👍👍 Check-in and out worked smoothly. Had the car for 6weeks. Car was reliable, didn't have noteworthy problems. Derek and his crew were always quick to reply/answer the phone whenever I needed help, e.g. to remotely open the car when I locked myself out 😅

Overall the Model S was a good rental. Pros: good road car, good range, autopilot, comfortable, lots of room and good stereo. Cons: I picked up the car and the inside was dirty and needed cleaning. There was some wear and tear as well on the inside and out. Also, the car needs an alignment as it pulls to the right.

Derek was a great host. Check in and check out was a breeze. Quick to respond and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would definitely rent from him again.
