Several pictures will be taken during Check-in and Check-out to ensure both parties are covered. Generally, 16 photos (4 sets of 4) should cover the entirety of the car in detail. We recommend one wide photo of each side of the car (4), one photo from each corner (4), one close up photo of each wheel (4), and one photo with your phone placed against each window to document the condition of each seat (4) as well as any additional photos you wish to capture documenting any preexisting dents, scratches, or dirt. Feel free to ask any questions about the condition of the vehicle when you arrive. There is a legal disclaimer that must be read on the vehicle's touchscreen prior to activating Enhanced Autopilot. Tesla does NOT YET offer a Fully Self-Driving car so the Driver is responsible for incidents when operating. Like all other cars, Teslas require the Driver to be alive, awake, and alert at all times. Do not exceed 85 MPH for any reason at any time. The vehicle is trackable via GPS and the owner may be notified via the Tesla app if the driver exceeds this speed. Renter/Driver is responsible for all legal violations including but not limited to Parking Tickets and Moving Violations. Speed may be limited if found to be driving recklessly. I hope to provide the best experience to every customer. To help with this, no smoking is allowed in the vehicle. Animals are welcome, but we emphasize that the car must be returned in the same condition it was received in. My renters should expect a clean 200+ mile charged car at the beginning of each trip, returning the car damaged, unclean, stained, or charged with less than 200mi of range remaining may result in additional fees. After your trip, a request will be made to pay for any charging fees collected as well as road tolls and/or unpaid tickets associated with your trip.

• Can my friends/family members drive the vehicle?

  Yes, as long as they are legally licensed and added as a registered Driver with Turo after booking the vehicle, they can! Turo doesn’t charge for adding additional drivers however the primary renter may need to be present for pick up and drop off.

• How does this car handle winter weather/snow?

  With the instant torque that comes from electric motors, you're in control. However, you will notice a slight decrease in range in colder regions which is compounded if you're primarily traveling uphill. In the winter, it's always a good idea to charge up a little more just in case.

• I would like to use the Tesla app to control the car and monitor charging during my trip, are you able to provide app access?

  Yes! Tesla App access is available by request and set up after completing checkout.

• Do you offer any discounts?

  We offer significant, 3-day, Weekly, & Monthly discounts for longer trips with all of our vehicles.

• How do you handle Supercharging fees and road/bridge tolls?

  While slower public charging such as those found at hotels and rest stops may be free, others charge a fee for use and may require setting up an account for billing. For this reason, we generally recommend Tesla's high-speed Supercharging network. When you arrive, just plug in & Tesla will automatically bill my account. Please be sure to unplug as soon as charging has completed to avoid collecting idle fees. After your trip is complete, we’ll request reimbursement for the amount accrued as well as any road/bridge tolls collected.
