I booked the car for 4:30am and the owner didn’t arrive until 5:15am. I was stuck alone, before sunrise, in one of the highest crime rate district (mission district) in all of SF. Not only that but the exterior of the car was disgusting and the interior had stains. The brakes on the car were not great and would screech with the slightest touch. The only thing that would stop me from giving a one star would be the complimentary water bottles I got. Matt seems like a genuine dude, but not once did he offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience he caused by being 45min late.

Fantastic car. In great condition and super easy to drive. Had absolutely zero issues throughout a long road trip. Also, the pickup and drop off was convenient.
