5 stars for communication, and ease of pickup and drop off.
I cannot give 5 stars because the car was extremely filthy in and out. It was uncomfortably dirty and smelt like weed... doesn't matter if it was the last renter who did it... it is the owner's responsibility to ensure the quality of the vehicle for each renter. Just good practice.

The good: The whole process was smooth and seamless, even for a first-time Turo user. I really appreciated the highly detailed instructions and Dora’s super fast response times. The bad: The car was almost out of gas when I got it, and the interior was covered in dog hair. In general, the car and the rental process went fine.
