Fuel Policy: Please return the car with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental, or opt in for Extra prepaid fuel and don't bother to stop by a gas station before you drop the car back. Mileage Limit: Adhere to the mileage limit set for the rental period. Excess mileage will incur additional charges. No Illegal Substances: The use or transportation of illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly forbidden. It is forbidden to use the car for commercial deliveries like Uber for example . If found out you will have to pay a 500$ extra fee, and will be reported to Turo. Driver Restrictions: Only drivers listed and approved through the Turo platform are allowed to operate the vehicle. No Off-Roading: The vehicle is not permitted for off-road use, racing, or any form of reckless driving. Cleanliness: Please return the vehicle in a clean condition. Excessive dirt or mess may result in a cleaning fee. Refrain from eating in the car. Late Return Policy: Timely returns are expected. Late returns without prior agreement will be subject to additional fees. Roadside Assistance: In case of any mechanical failure, use the provided roadside assistance contact and inform me immediately. If you lose the key fob, the cost for his replacement will be charged up to $350.00
