The car was very dirty when I picked it up. Besides that, the instructions to get the car were not very clear.

The car was dirty inside and out. There were crumbs and trash everywhere including empty condom box wrappers and an empty beer boxes. The outside was dirty and definitely needed a car wash. I did book last minute, but the car was in no condition to be rented. I had to Lysol everything down before I could even drive away.
