In most cases you will drop off were you picked up at in terminal 2. I will coordinate directly during your trip to ensure the smoothiest rental return possible.
Guidelines
🚭 No smoking of anything in the vehicle. 🚫 No pets inside the vehicle. 🔻 $250 cleaning fee for violations to include pet hair removal or damage caused by irresponsible behavior. 🚫 No crossing into Mexico.

Host has amazing communication. Made picking up and dropping off so easy. The Mercedes ran so good. It’s clean from the outside and inside. Gave me zero problems. Would definitely recommend this.

The car got me from point A to point B, that’s why I gave it 3 stars but i was worried the whole time. I already paid for it and couldn’t do a refund. But there were tears in the seats, the sunroom didn’t work, when starting the car for the first few minutes it was very loud, some of interior of the car ion the steering wheel was missing. Aesthetically not pleasing as well as mechanically. The alarm notification for service on the AC kept going off too. I messaged the person to let them know the sunroof was working and no response. Really a waste of money.

As a host I do apologize that our car did not meet your expectations. But when I delivered the car to you I explained this is one of my older units and the seat needed to be done but you rented the car on short notice. I also explained the sunroof due to a previous client pushing on the roof to go up from a close position. Plus I guess you never driven an older 2015 Mercedes because they all sound the same when they start up. You stated the AC had a notice but it blows cold as it should.
