Everything about renting from this host was great. Pick up location was close to airport simple pick up instructions car was really nice and great on gas. Asked for extra time returning the car and the host confirmed quick. Will definitely rent from this host again.

Had to clean car at car wash myself. Please consider when doing a flight and arriving early. Conveniently parked by the airport drop off.

The car was great. It was clean and well maintained. The location was a little confusing if dropping the car off after hours because navigation systems would send you to the entrance that was closed and then you'd have to try and find your way to the street/entrance that was open. I had to cut this trip short due to an emergency back home, and when I asked the host to adjust the dates there was no response. I am disappointed in what seems like a lack of kindness for another person's situation. That should be a fundamental part of someone if they are in the customer service industry.
