While Molly means well she is not equipped to handle Turo rentals. It’s non-stop issues and problems with her post visit

This guest put regular gas in a car that requires premium which damage to vehicle. After jumping through hoops, and bringing the car to location that they requested while I don’t even provide that service, they were thankless, late, and discourteous.

Exterior of car was in decent shape besides the wheels being a little roadrashed. Inside was ok but was a little dirty. Backup camera still didn’t work like stated in previous reviews. It’s an older car and has been rented quite a bit. Just needs a little tlc and it could b a great car again. Enjoyed our trip but not sure if I would pay this much for this car again. Molly was very nice tho

Car was a great factor in making our trip memorable. It’s fast, comfortable, and got looks everywhere we we went. The only thing I’d keep in mind is that it is a 10 year old car with 50-ish thousand miles, so don’t expect it to be like it came off the showroom floor. Overall the car was fantastic and Molly was an excellent host!

Thank you so much for your rental. I’m happy that you had a good time and enjoy the car. Of course renting from private owners especially a car like this one that is 10 years old. No it won’t be in showroom condition… Otherwise there would be a price point that would reflect that. I would say temper your expectations and keep it reasonable for a 10 year old car. The BMW is a beautiful car however it is a car that is regularly rented out, so please keep that in mind.

Great experience overall, Molly is very helpful and communicative. As far as the car, it’s in great shape for a 2013….only issue I had was the backup camera didn’t work but the sensor did and that allowed me to sill backup comfortably. The car is responsive and the drop-top feature was a lot of fun!

Hi there Spencer. Thanks for your rental. I’m glad you enjoyed the car. The back up camera does work, but sometimes especially after rain the emblem in the back the BMW emblem doesn’t slip up just because of excess moisture. I’ll be sure to have them check it out it’s next service.
