• All charging fees incurred during your trip will be billed through my Tesla account and due after the vehicle is returned (will be processed through Turo)
•You do not have to charge the battery before returning;
* IDLING fees are fees charged by Tesla & may apply if the car is left more than 5 minutes at a Tesla charger when the charge is complete.
2) ***Clean Car***
I always provide my renters with clean cars (exterior and interior) please return the car as it was when you picked it up. If you do not, it is fine (it will not affect your Turo rating) but a car wash fee will be billed to you.
Exterior: you are welcome to stop at a car wash of your choice before returning the car but for your convenience, If car returned dirtier than it was at pick up (dirt, mud, dust, birds droppings, insects etc) a $20 car wash fee will be applied automatically. The Tesla has a membership for Free Car Washes at any Pirates Cove in San Antonio.
If the interior comes back stained, muddy, dusty/sandy, signs of spillage, food, food odor or odor of smoke (nonsmoking car), or trashed, a cleaning fee of $200 will apply automatically.
3) **NO SMOKING/VAPING**
Rolling down the window still counts as smoking in the car :) If there is a smoke/cigarette smell or traces of ash found in the car, a $200 cleanup fee will be charged to your account.
Please think about your fellow Turo drivers;
Signs of smoking, stains, dog hair, liquid spills, food etc will trigger a $200 cleaning fee.
Please treat it like it is yours. This is a car users share on a regular basis so please think about the next fellow driver and return the car in the same condition it was when you picked it up.
