The Tesla Model 3 is a game-changing Car and remains one of the most impressive electric vehicles on the market. It is one of the safest cars in history and has achieved the lowest probability of injury of any vehicle ever tested by NHTSA. Generous range and acceleration transform the sporty Model 3 into a legit performance machine that destroys corners and pushes you back in your seat with almost instant acceleration. The elegant and minimalist interior design is a departure from everything else on the market, giving the Model 3 a distinct cabin that you won't mistake for anything else! DO NOT let the vehicle's battery go under 15% at any time during your trip to prevent potential damage to the battery. Worse case charging scenario you allow the car battery to reach 0%. If this happens you will be responsible for the $500 tow and I will meet you at the charging station the vehicle is taken to and your trip will end immediately. - ON PICK UP--- The car will have guaranteed charge of 70% to 90% at the time of rental. - ON DELIVERY--- The car will have guaranteed charge of 65% to 80% at the time of rental. Please return the vehicle with the same range as received unless prepaid charging was added to the booking. ---CHARGING--- My all-electric Tesla Model 3 holds 275 miles per full charge. Supercharge 0 - 170 miles in 30 minutes or 0 - 275in 1 hour. Though Supercharger access is offered as conveniences, this services is NOT FREE. The renter is still responsible for usage fees. Please notify me at the time of return if you used this services. I will pay these bills first, and request a reimbursement through the Turo app. Very Important: Please use ONLY Touch-less and or Hand Wash to clean the exterior. Renter is financially responsible for any wear and tear to the exterior or interior of the car during the rental period. Please do not disable the mobile access on the car, This helps in recovering the vehicle in case the vehicle is stolen. If done it will be reported to police as stolen immediately. Please make sure to plan your trip accordingly and know where you’ll need to charge. Call or text me anytime for assistance with charging. Do I pay for the parking ticket when I pick up the car at the airport?
We will DELIVER the Tesla to the airport terminal parking garage. When you exit the parking garage, you will need to grab the ticket in the cup holder & pay a parking fee between $1-$30 (on average its $10-15). •When you RETURN the Tesla back to the airport terminal parking garage, leave the ticket in the cup holder, we will pay the parking garage fee and request reimbursement from you at the end of the trip. The fee is the same $1-30 and $10-15 on average.

I opted for the pickup/drop off option and the car arrived clean and ready! K was helpful with thorough instructions at the beginning (accessing the car through the app, how to maintain the battery percentage, etc.) and the end (time reminders, taking photos) of the rental period. Discovered that there was cosmetic damage during the checkout process and I was able to file a claim on my end quickly. Unfortunate news but K and Turo were both great!
