Wait for me to approve the change NOTE: As long as my vehicle is available, I will always approve the request ☺️ ---- REFUELING & CLEANING POLICY ---- The Vehicle will be Cleaned and Disinfected before your trip. Please bring the vehicle back in the same condition at the end of your trip. The Vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of gas. Please refuel the vehicle before you return to the drop off location. If you are unable to refuel please let us know. There will be an additional fee ---- VEHICLE INSPECTION ---- Upon delivery, inspect the vehicle for damages and take photos. I will let you know of any scratches or dents on the vehicle. I will always upload my own photos of the vehicle as well, which you can view too. ---- RULES & POLICIES ---- -Obey the Rules of the road -No using illegal drugs or operating under the influence - No excessive dirt or off roading (Additional fee) - Lost key (Additional Fee) -No Smoking No Pets -Additional Drivers must be added through the app. ---- ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ---- To report an Accident, damage, or if you have a concerns with the vehicle contact Turo and they will transfer you to roadside assistance. Nailah provided first class service! The car was in amazing condition and her customer service was nothing short of amazing. Communication was great which made my trip ten times better. Whenever I visit San Antonio I am only using her service.

Nailah was awesome! She picked us up at the airport right at the curb outside of baggage claim and drive to a nearby cell phone parking lot where we took the car. Returned us back to the airport the same way. Car was beautiful, clean and a pleasure to drive. Highly recommend!
