Benji was absolutely amazing. I will rent from him anytime. I visit San Antonio quite a bit and plan to rent from him next time as well.

Initially communication was great. A couple hours prior to check in Benji asked if I could switch cars as the original was not available (for whatever reason) and I said it was fine. He assured me the car would be the same cost despite it being $8 more a day. Check in was easy. While examining the vehicle it was covered in not just dings, but it looked like the car was beat up. Every flat surface and angle of the car had cosmetic damage to it. The back bumper was not the same shade of red. There was blue painters tape stuck to the roof in two areas. The interior was vacuumed and seats wiped down. Whoever had the vehicle prior left the sprinkles of their everything bagel and finger or toe nails in the center of the vehicle. There was oil transfers of makeup on the visors. I expressed my concerns of this being an appropriate vehicle for a rental and was told “the engine works and there are no lights on the dash” then radio silence.

Benji is correct. The vehicle does run. But it was disgusting to see finger nails and food leftover in the vehicle. The vehicle needs a body shop and a detailer. Personally, this was an unacceptable rental. I chose his fleet options over the BMW SUV which was of similar cost because his ad was more professional. I do not enjoy leaving poor reviews, but I had to bring clients in this vehicle and it was embarrassing. He offered no apology, reimbursement, or trade. If this was the more expensive of the two vehicles, then I’d be concerned over the cheaper option. This ads photos is not an accurate reflection of this vehicles condition. Be forewarned his vehicles may not come as they are advertised. I wish photos were allowed to be posted in reviews. I would not book again and quite frankly I’m peeved.
