The car was very nice, clean, and delivery was as expected. The allowed miles for my trip were much smaller than my previous rentals on Turo. Fortunately, I didn't rent the car for site-seeing, but I still came close to hitting the max miles with normal day use. Communication from the host was very minimal. Unfortunately, I didn't notice someone scratched the exterior passenger side windows during my rental. I asked the Host for a 2nd repair estimate, and his response was "the others were more expensive" but he did not respond to my request to view the other estimates. I promptly paid the repair costs and notified the Host and again, there was no response.

The car: clean, fuel efficient and roomy. I didn’t have it long enough to test everything out, it’s a BMW I assume it’s sporty enough!! The only issue was the track forward and back buttons were intermittent.

The pickup: not he most straightforward airport to navigate but not the worst I’ve experienced….if you have never been to SAT airport….the parking structure is a bit tricky until you know what you are looking for.

The host: fantastic! communicative, semi quick, and very much helpful!

The car was in pristine condition and very easily accessible! Jamel was the best host, making pick up and drop off as easy as it could be. He was also available for any questions at any time the whole time I had the car. I would 100% recommend this vehicle, or any other of his top of the line vehicles, for anyone and everyone looking to ride in style and comfort! Thanks Jamel!

The delivery was a little late
