Norman was really great to work with! He met us at the terminal and we were on our way, which was great! The car was clean, and handled a huge snow storm like a champ. I highly recommend renting from Norman.

This is my 3rd time renting with Norman and as always, he was a perfect professional. The car was wonderful to drive and the snow tires worked as needed in the unexpected 6 inches of fresh snow on my 2 hr drive to the airport. Thank you Norman and I will rent from you again!
