- Can I extend my trip?Of course! Just depends on the availability of the vehicle. You will need to request a trip modification through the Turo app or contact Turo support (reservation change fees may apply).
- Are there tolls in the Greater Twin Cities area?No tolls here. Just be mindful of parking signs especially during snowy weather. A good rule of thumb for snowy weather or snow emergencies is if there's greater than 3 inches, check the local news for snow emergencies. This will help inform you where to park.
- What if my flight or I am running late?Delays are common and it’s no problem at all. The vehicle will remain at the pre-determined location and will be ready and waiting for you. If you arrive early, you will need to request a trip modification through the Turo app or contact Turo support (reservation change fees may apply). Otherwise the vehicle will not be accessible until shortly before the reserved trip start time due to insurance rules.

Scott made pick up and drop off super easy. The car was great. Super MPG. His response times were good and he was willing to work with you!

Scott was a very communicative host & the car arrived on time & in great condition, with simple, easy to follow instructions for pickup. I rented this car, due to it's added space, economy, & the advertised language stating it carried "winter tires", knowing I would be taking a longer trip in Northern Wisconsin in likely winter driving conditions. Unfortunately, the tires on this car were actually "all season" & not the advertised winter tires. They did fine on the highway, but were very difficult moving through even light snow. I have 20 years driving experience up there & have driven all manner of cars, trucks, & SUV's wearing various rubber & have to say this car was by far the worst. The rest of the car was clean, comfortable, & easy driving & the MPG's are indeed GREAT. Pickup & dropoff were very smooth.
