Airport Delivery: Pickup: There will be a parking fee when you exit the parking ramp. You are responsible for this fee. The vehicle will usually be dropped off at the parking ramp within an hour of your check-in time in order to minimize the parking fee. In rare cases, the vehicle will be dropped off up to four hours before your check-in time. The vehicle will be delivered to Terminal 2. If you arrive at Terminal 1, you can take the light rail train to Terminal 2. The Terminal 1 light rail station is located below the Red and Blue parking ramps. From the baggage claim, take the escalator down to Level T. From the Tram Level (one level below bag claim), take the tram to the Red and Blue Ramps. Follow the signs to the parking ramp where the vehicle is located, which will be communicated to you by the host. The vehicle will have a lockbox on the driver's window. Open the cover of the lockbox to reveal the keypad. Enter the code. Turn the knob on the top to unlock and open it and retrieve the key. Hit the clear button if you need to retry the code. Once you have the key, roll the driver's window down to remove the lockbox and place it in the vehicle. Do not leave the lockbox on the window while driving. Use any exit lane when leaving the garage. The parking ticket will be left for you in the vehicle. Pay the parking fee to exit the ramp. Return: Park no earlier than four hours before the scheduled trip end. Use only the Terminal 2 parking ramps. Pull a ticket at the entrance of the parking ramps and leave it in the vehicle for your host. Add the location of the vehicle in the Turo app. Roll down the driver's window far enough to put the lockbox back on the way it was when you picked up the vehicle. Roll up the window to secure the lockbox. Lock the vehicle. Place the key in the lockbox, close it, and turn the knob on the top to lock it. Make sure the lockbox and the vehicle are closed and locked before leaving the vehicle. If you need to get to Terminal 1, you can take the light rail train to Terminal 1. The light rail station is located on the north side of the Orange Ramp. From Level 1, near Ticketing, take the elevator or escalator up to the Orange Ramp skyway.
