Great car to cruise around town. Pick up and drop off is a breeze. Don’t need to worry about bringing spare change for tolls. The car is equipped with a toll transponder, after the trip I will request the reimbursement for the tolls. Clean car concept: Please return the car clean. You can purchase a clean car package from us if you would like to save the hassle of cleaning it. Fuel: Fill the car before return please. 🔹Pets are not allowed. 🔹No fragrances or air fresheners of any sorts inside the car. ☑️ Cleaning: 🔹 All Vehicles on Turo have a strict No Food, No Pets, and No Smoking Policy. 🔹 All Vehicles will be Clean upon pickup and are to be returned in the same condition; both Interior and Exterior.

Clean car! Was very great to have rental while on our trip. First time using Turo and it was a good experience would do this again. Only thing, and this is strictly personal preference, I would prefer to receive the pickup instructions much sooner than right when we were to pickup. My anxiety was on ten not knowing what to do!

The reason the pick up instructions were not sent before is due to the fact the car was not delivered yet. It was with a a previous renter and needed to be dropped off before I could give instructions.

This was our first time using Turo and overall had a good experience. The car was dropped off on time and right where Joel said it would be. It was perfectly clean and full of gas. The breaks squeaked slightly but it didn’t affect our trip and we just made sure to inform his right away. Car drove wonderfully and had good gas mileage. Joel immediately responded quickly to all my messages and gave informative instructions. Thank you for a great first experience!

Great experience. The car was clean and just as pictured. Joel messaged with the location in the airport lot and it was very easy to find. Drop off was a little trickier because the parking lots at the airport were very full, but I eventually found a spot. Make sure you schedule a little extra time for airport parking drop off if traveling at peak times. Overall, great experience.
