Remote check-in. Access to the Tesla phone app will be provided before the start of your trip. You can then locate, unlock, and drive the car via the app.

SMOKING This is a SMOKE-FREE / ODOR-FREE vehicle. Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes at any time. PETS To protect the vehicle and help future guests with specific allergies, NO PETS, including service animals, ARE ALLOWED in this vehicle at any time. Any pet hair or pet dander found in the vehicle may incur an additional $150 fee.

• AUTOPILOT

  This vehicle has Autopilot with convenience features (highway autopilot). If you are on a long freeway drive, you'll be amazed at how much less driver fatigue you'll have with autopilot doing the steering and traffic-aware cruise control. You MUST maintain control of the vehicle at ALL TIMES - hands on the wheel and eyes on the road. Autopilot is a hands-on driver assistance system intended to be used only with a fully attentive driver.

• CHARGING

  The vehicle must be returned with a similar charge range as received at the beginning of your trip or you will be billed a charging fee. For your convenience, you may select "Prepaid EV Recharge" under "Extras" section of your trip and we'll charge it for you at the end of your trip. Charge on the vehicle must not go below 10% or 30 miles of range at any time to ensure a safe & comfortable return from your trip. Depleting the charge under 10% may damage the battery. When charging, pay attention to the time to complete as Supercharger stations charge idle fees once the vehicle has completed charging so stay near the car and move it when finished changing. Any incurred idle fees will be billed to you. We recommend Tesla Superchargers which you will find on the vehicle's navigation map screen. They are much faster than third-party charges. Charging fees will be billed to your after the completion of your trip. If you want to use third-party charges, a great app to use is called PlugShare and is available for iPhones and Android devices. Please keep in mind that most charging stations charge a fee and you'll need to have your own account.

• TOLLS

  Any tolls incurred will be tallied up and billed to you as an incidental after your trip.

• SATISFACTION

  We do everything we possibly can to make EVERY guest happy with renting this vehicle. • CLEANING

  The vehicle will be disinfected before you pick it up & must be returned in similar conditions as received at the beginning of your trip or a cleaning fee may be assessed.

• LOST KEY

  The key card is very small & convenient to store in a pocket or purse, however, this convenience may cause the key to be lost. Guests will be charged $150 for a replacement key card or fob.

• RANGE

  The vehicle has a real-world range of approximately 200 miles at 90% battery capacity depending on road & weather conditions and driving habits. You can charge it at any Tesla Supercharger station or at any Level 2 charger (necessary Tela J1772 adapter provided). Charge on the vehicle must not go below 10% or 30 miles of range at any time.

• SECURITY

  Teslas have some of the most sophisticated security features available in the auto industry. When these features are properly utilized the vehicle experience is incredibly simple and enjoyable. Disabling or deactivating any of the security features, (mobile connectivity, pin to drive, passive entry), is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may result in additional fees.
