Please No smoking in the car this Includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vapes and any other forms of smoking. If you are not purchasing the gas option return the vehicle on a full tank. Please note that the car needs to be returned in the same condition you receive it in. I recommend not to eat in the vehicle as accidents are prone to happen and we would have to charge for the cleanup. Bluetooth is available and I clean the Bluetooth after every trip. Be safe and have a great drive! Everything was wonderful, prompt pickup from and to the airport, they were very helpful walking us through the app and how to checkout and turn in. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time Turo experience; especially renting on Christmas morning!

We had our car vandalized and put in the shop to be repainted. The shop took longer than they promised. We offered the renter some of our other vehicles at a discounted price.

Car was ready for pickup when I got to the pickup location. Bryson was super helpful and accommodating. I'm not a frequent Turo user, and Bryson was very responsive and addressed all my questions during the trip. I will definitely rent from him again!
