Amazing host and an awesome experience overall. I ended up scratching the car front bumper by accident, and I was honestly nervous about how it would go—but the host was incredibly understanding and professional about the whole thing. They kept it really cool, handled everything smoothly, and made me feel respected throughout the process. The car was clean, well-maintained, and a blast to drive. Mistakes happen, but having a host like this makes all the difference. Would 101% rent again!
