There is a keycard inside in the cupholder. Service in my neighborhood is weak so if you have trouble just message me and I will lock or unlock the car for you. You don't have to check-in or check-out on the spot but can do so when you get to an area with better service and you won't be charged a late fee. NEVER DRIVEN A TESLA? No problem! You just plug in and you’ll be billed after the trip. Be careful not to leave the car after finished charging or you will pay $1/minute after a five minute grace period. I have it set to charge to 85%. Please don't charge it above this level since it is not good for the battery. I will bill you after your trip for charging and tolls. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE Please respect my neighborhood and don't leave your car here. NO PETS $150 fee for pet hair removal

I’ve rented with turo all year and this was by far my best purchase ! Didn’t have to worry about gas and there were plenty chargers available everywhere ! Host was fast with responding and provided full details with how to work the car which helped a ton if you’re not familiar with an electric car like me. Will definitely be recommending to others and back to rent for myself soon !
