Welcome to Turo and thank you for choosing our car. To make your trip as smooth as possible please read the full description. For your safety the car gets disinfected after every trip, and we provide remote key handoffs via lockbox. We are providing EXPEDITED CAR RENTAL. Need a last minute car rental deal? WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU! The car is ready to go and you can pick it up in a short period of time. You will be retrieving the keys through a lockbox, we will just ask you to follow Turo's remote key pickup process 24 hrs before your trip linked below: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990980-Check-in-and-checkout We will ask you to submit the following photos by uploading them to the Trip Photos of your trip on your Turo dashboard. 1. Driver’s license up close and 
 2. Holding your license next to your face (sort of like a selfie). This is 2018 Hyundai Elantra . The 2018 Elantra impresses, blending comfort, efficiency and even some sportiness. There are safety features such as blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert to technology features such as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. - Bluetooth - Cruise control - Up to 32 mpg city / 40 highway - A/C, maintenance up to date -Rides smooth and comfortable Please note: - before booking the car make sure you have a valid non expired driver’s license. Turo typically only accepts permanent licenses, but they do accept certain temporary licenses as long as they meet the following requirements: 1. License is valid at the start and through the end of the trip 2. Has a photo directly on the temporary license, or also has a secondary government-issued photo ID 3. CLEAN CAR POLICY: Note that Turo terms & conditions require that the car is returned in the same condition it was received. If the car is noticeably dirtier upon return a cleaning fee of $35 will be incurred. If it is returned in an extraordinary dirty condition up to $150 fee could be incurred. Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you received it. The main unbreakable rule for riding in this car: NO SMOKING Whether it is cigarettes, cigars, pipe, weed, crack, meth, incense, wood, coal, etc. if it produces smoke, it's not allowed in the car. A cleaning fee of $250 will be accessed if car reeks of smoke in 24 hours upon return. Please don't try to cover smoke odor with freshener. Gas: Gas will always be full when you rent the car, please let us know if it is not full. We also expect you to fill up the gas tank when you are done using the car. If you don't fill up the tank, Turo will charge you a fee on top of the cost of gas. Toll: For tolls, please pay cash when possible. If there is no cash toll booth, please take note ahead of time if you go through any tolls, and let us know when you return the car so we can process the reimbursements quickly. Also Turo charges administrative fee on top of any unpaid tolls ***Please note that tolls cost ~$5, but if you don't pay it the fine will be much more >$30 plus the administrative fee. Tickets: Please let us know if you get any tickets during the rental. It follows the same reimbursement process as tolls. Miles: Take a photo of mileage and fuel level and post it in the message section on Turo app. All we ask is you please to return the car in the same condition you got it (exterior and interior are cleaned and vacuumed and the tank is full).   • Am I responsible for cleaning the car before I return it?

    CLEAN CAR POLICY. The main unbreakable rule for riding in this car: NO SMOKING Whether it is cigarettes, cigars, pipe, weed, crack, meth, incense, wood, coal, etc. if it produces smoke, it's not allowed in the car. A cleaning fee of $250 will be accessed if car reeks of smoke in 24 hours upon return. So don't try to cover smoke odor with air fresheners. We expect travelers to take care of the car as if it was their own. Note that Turo terms & conditions require that the car to be returned in the same condition it was received. Whether you’re coming back from a coastal getaway or a month-long road trip, I hope you’ll remember to shake out the sand and any crumbs you may have dropped so the car is just as tidy as when you first picked it up. It's not a fleet rental so please don't treat as such. If the car is noticeably dirtier upon return a cleaning fee of $35 will be incurred. If it is returned in an extraordinary dirty condition up to $150 fee could be incurred.

  • Am I responsible for paying Toll?

    Yes. For tolls, please pay cash when possible. If there is no cash toll booth, please take note ahead of time if you go through any tolls, and let us know when you return the car so we can process the reimbursements quickly and add the fees directly to the rental. Also Turo charges $10 administrative fee on top of any unpaid tolls.

  • Am I responsible for paying for gas?

    Yes. Travelers are responsible for dropping the vehicle off with as much gas as it had when the trip started (at the time of the key exchange). Gas will always be full when you rent the car, please let us know if it is not full. We also expect you to fill up the gas tank when you are done using the car. If you don't fill up the tank, Turo will charge you a fee on top of the cost of gas plus $10 Processing Fee.

  • Driver license requirements

    You must hold a current, valid (non-temporary) driver's license, and present your license to me when you begin the trip. You must be at least 21 years old. If you are under 25, you may be required to demonstrate at least two years of current driving history in the US. If you hold a non-US or non-Canadian driver's license, you must be at least 25, and you will need to provide your passport and a photograph of your license.

  • What payment methods does Turo accept?

    Turo accepts most domestic and international credit cards issued by major financial institutions (including American Express and Discover cards), and debit cards linked to a checking account with a Visa or Mastercard logo. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile devices in the US only. Please note that we currently do not accept American Express credit cards for UK-based trips. We do not accept prepaid cards, reloadable debit cards (like Simple, Chase Liquid, or EDD debit cards), temporary bank cards or cards that are otherwise not linked to a bank account. The payment method you add to your account must be in your name. We recommend using credit cards rather than debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, as any refund or a release of an authorization on a credit card will typically be processed by your bank significantly faster than the other methods of payment.

  • How does remote key exchange work?

    For your convenience you will be retrieving the keys through a lockbox, we will ask you to follow Turo's remote key pickup process 24 hrs before your trip linked below: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001847367-How-do-remote-key-exchanges-work- 1. Text or upload to app a picture of you and your ID 24 hrs before the trip 2. We will then send you the address and lock combination 3. When picking up the vehicle, take and upload pictures of the vehicles interior and exterior condition 4. After your trip, return the vehicle in the same condition you received it 5. We will send instructions on how to replace the lock
