No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell or evidence that you have smoked in the car, we will have to report to Turo and charge in excess for detail and cleaning services. Turo will charge you their own fees as this is completely against their policy. No pets allowed as we have renters who are allergic to different animals. If you don't comply, a cleaning fee will be assessed if there is evidence that you brought pets in the car. Car must be returned with a full tank of gas just like how it was picked up with. If you do not want to do this, purchase the additional prepaid fuel option.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

  Car will come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. If you are doing delivery, gas will need to be filled up at the same level it was delivered to you with.

• Do I have to clean the car when returning?

  Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. If you do bring the car back cleaned and exactly how it was given, we will make sure you get a discount on a future rental(s)! However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo.

• How do I pay for tolls?

  Every car has its license plate connected to a toll account and an invoice will be automatically created and uploaded to Turo for you to pay after your trip ends for every toll charge.
