To provide the best experience for you and future users there are a few user guidelines set in order to keep the vehicles in good shape.
-NO SMOKING of any kind in the vehicle
-NO VAPING of any kind in the vehicle
-MUST BRING BACK CLEAN AND SAME CONDITION
-NO FOOD SMELLS OR STAINS
-NO GRAVEL OR MUDDY ROADS
-NO DRIFTING OR SPEEDING
-NO EXTREME ACCELERATION
-NO BURNOUTS ($500 minimum charge for signs of tire excessive wear)
-VEHICLE MUST BE RETURNED ON TIME (Or time must be changed via the Turo application).

*Please Note: Vehicle is detailed inside out and beneath. If the vehicle’s UNDERCARRIAGE (underneath the vehicle) shows any signs off-roading or extreme use a reconditioning and cleaning fee will be added. Tires will be also inspected after each use and tread life.
Please return the vehicle in the same clean, vacuumed, and charged level it was during the pick-up. Otherwise, a cleaning and recharging fee will be applied to your rental bill.
The vehicle can be washed at car wash or hand car washed. If the vehicle is taken to the snow, through dirt roads, sandy areas, or muddy locations the "Post-trip cleaning" fee is required before the trip under "EXTRAS". Additional fees if extremely dirty, smoked in, which includes vaping of any type, perfume, odors, glitter, mud, and traces of pet hair.
