*Absolutely no SMOKING please. It is hard to remove the smoke smell and that includes marijuana. You will be charged if you smoke in the car and it will be up to $150 to clean if smoke is found. *If you are driving yourself to the pickup location and plan to leave your car. There is plenty of shopping center and street parking nearby. *The car should come back the way you receive it: clean, washed, and vacuumed with same amount of gas. **TIP - Please arrange the post trip cleaning fee ($25) if you won’t have time to clean it. *Please take care of the car like if it was yours. If you Hit or Damage the car please let me know to make the claims process easier for both of us. **91 premium gasoline only *Pets are not allowed. Any mess/smells/damage due to furry friends we have to deal with it will be up to an additional $50 cleaning fee. *Tickets and Toll Fees need to be paid when you return the vehicle, if I have to reach out to you a $50 processing fee with be assessed. I appreciate your consideration and attention to these guidelines. Our goal is to offer a car ready for the next renter as often the vehicle is already reserved when you return it. If the car comes back dirty, damaged, or out of fuel that creates an inconvenience for me as the host and for the next guest. Thank you for understanding!

Do I have to put Premium Unleaded?
Yes, this is a high performance vehicle and it requires high octane gas to keep it running smoothly. Refill with Premium Unleaded only.
How clean do I have to return it?
The old adage is to return something in the same condition you receive it. Not going to sweat if you don't have time to clean it well before drop off but excessive dirtiness, garbage, spills, bodily fluids, etc will have a cleaning fee up to $250 applied.
Can I smoke in the car?
No, this is a non smoking vehicle and a smoking fee of up to $150 would be applied if smoke is found.
Where is the Pick up and Drop off location?
The Pick up and Drop off location will be in the Village Center shopping center at 2320 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville, CA 95747. Please look for the vehicle and your host in the NW corner of the parking lot.

Had to keep refilling coolant twice a day and skipped longer trip for reunion...☹️

This rating is disappointing. Guest was informed of a coolant leak which could not be addressed before the trip. Rather than canceling and rebooking, the decision was made to proceed. Coolant was provided and as more was purchased, it will be reimbursed to the guest with a discount for inconvenience. The BMW will be serviced this coming week to address the issue before ut is rented again.
