It's sleek and sophisticated, with a minimalist design that screams luxury. It's the kind of car that would put Tony Stark in awe, like something out of a sci-fi movie that'll take you back to the future without needing flux capacitors. Its 17-inch touchscreen display puts the Batcomputer to shame, and the Full Self Driving feature makes KITT from Knight Rider jealous. This Plaid is light years beyond all other cars! It's a tri-motor all wheel drive, 5 passenger sedan, with midnight silver metallic paint with black and white premium interior with walnut décor, 3M ceramic dark tinted windows, a tinted glass roof, yoke steering wheel, 19" tempest wheels, plus the incredible instant torque providing seat-pinning acceleration. This flagship model exudes technology and radiates with sophistication. Features: • FSD (Full Self Driving, $15,000 option) • Smart Summon (It will navigate a parking lot and come to you) • Summon (It pulls forward/ backward to get in/ out of tight spaces) • AutoPark (It will parallel or perpendicular park itself) • 396 mile range when fully charged • Cooled and Heated Seats • Autopilot • Wireless Phone Charging • Smart Air Suspension • Premium Connectivity • Satellite maps with live traffic visualization • Music and media over Bluetooth® • In-car Internet streaming music and media • Caraoke, Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, YouTube, Games • Internet browser Plus; power windows, locks, mirrors, keyless entry, keyless start, back-up camera, ice cold AC, 14-way power adjustable front seats, 8" rear touchscreen, smart key fob, USB ports, HEPA air filtration system, sentry-mode, and more as you'd expect from the most advanced car brand on earth! I highly recommend adding the "Portable GPS" EXTRA to greatly enhance your Tesla experience. It gives you the ability to use the Tesla App on your smartphone to control the car: Passively lock/unlock, start, summon, locate, climate control, open trunks, honk horn, flash lights, view charge level, and much more! (Don't Pay) TPA Tampa Airport Fees: SAVE MONEY by coming to my location in Ruskin! I'm 28 miles (42 min ride) from TPA and it's about $40 for Uber/ Lyft. Avoid paying the expensive airport fees, taxes, and parking costs (up to $25) plus save the $120 delivery fee! (Don't Pay) SRQ Sarasota Airport Fees: SAVE MONEY by coming to my location in Ruskin! I'm 29 miles (41 min ride) from SRQ and it's about $40 for Uber/ Lyft. Avoid paying the expensive airport fees, taxes, and parking costs (up to $29) plus save the $120 delivery fee! Being that Tesla's are 100% EV (electric vehicle, no gas) I recommend you familiarize yourself with how to operate the vehicle including how to locate and use charging stations. https://www.tesla.com/supercharger See below FAQs and go to the Tesla website for information as well as search Google or YouTube to learn. Here's a link to several short (about 30 sec each) support videos you can watch on the Tesla website: https://www.tesla.com/support/model-s-videos FASTEST CHARGING: Always seek Tesla Supercharger stations to charge the car as they are the fastest. Destination chargers are only useful if you have several hours to leave the car charging. To locate them click on Navigate on the main map screen and type in (or click mic and say): Tesla Superchargers. You may also use your smartphone to locate charging stations.  Keep the battery charged between 20% and 90% at all times. Tesla Supercharger: Up to 200 miles of driving range in 15 minutes of charging. To fully charge; 30-45 minutes. Destination Charger: Up to 11 miles of driving range in 15 minutes of charging. To fully charge; 8-12 hours. *charging times vary Tesla Supercharging is NOT FREE. Guests will be billed post-trip via the Turo app for the exact charging costs. Tesla Supercharger idle fees are about $1/min if the car is plugged in and not actively charging. To avoid idle fees unplug and move the car within 5 minutes of its completing charging. A J1772 charging adapter is included in the car for use at destination charging stations. Some destination chargers are free, some require you to pay per use. These destination charging stations are located at: beaches, hotels, car dealerships, shopping centers, parking facilities, amusement parks, and more. Just like in a gasoline car, if you run the battery to 0% (empty), the vehicle will stop dead and you will be stranded and need to have it towed on a flatbed truck, at your expense, to a Tesla Supercharger. This could damage the battery or other components and you may be charged for repair/ replacement. You must return the car with at least 70% battery remaining at delivery locations, or at least 80% battery remaining if returning it to my home location, unless you purchased the Prepaid EV Recharge Extra, then you must return it with at least 25% battery remaining. There are Tesla Superchargers in the Sun City Center Home Depot plaza which is 4 miles from my home location. Use the touchscreen to navigate to Tesla Superchargers near you. TESLA may suspend Autosteer and Full Self-Driving at their discretion if improper usage is detected based on recent driving data. Tesla will automatically reset it after a few days. There is no way to bypass the suspension since Tesla controls it. Traffic-Aware Cruise Control will still be available. FAQs

  • Is the speed or performance limited during my trip?

NO. The speed limit mode and valet mode are deactivated. You'll have FULL speed and performance power when driving my car. Some hosts activate these options and greatly limit and reduce the speed and performance of the car. These hosts then charge you a high fee to access the car's full performance. I do not charge you a fee nor limit the car's speed or performance.  Even though my car is very quick and fast, please drive it safely and responsibly and abide by all laws.

  • How can I locate available Tesla Supercharger sites?

The interactive Trip Planner in your vehicle can help you locate a Supercharger site while you're on the road. To enable Trip Planner, touch 'Settings' > 'Navigation' > 'Trip Planner' on your touchscreen. Once you have selected a site, your vehicle’s navigation will automatically route you to the nearest entrance of the property. You can then zoom in on the map to find the exact location of the station. Tap on the station’s red lightning bolt icon on your touchscreen if additional information is needed.

  • Why display battery percentage instead of mileage range?

Displayed percentage of battery remaining is based on your driving habits and environment. Displayed mileage range is based on fixed government EPA test data under optimal conditions and NOT on your personal driving patterns.  Therefore mileage displayed is NOT as accurate as percentage of battery remaining. Similar as in your gas car, the fuel gauge displays percentage; E, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, F, not your EPA estimated mileage remaining based on your window sticker. Think of it like your cell phone, it displays battery %, not the number of minutes you can talk.  ALWAYS keep the Tesla battery charged between 20% and 90%

  • How long does it take to charge the car?

Tesla Supercharger: Up to 200 miles of driving range in 15 minutes of charging. To fully charge; 30-45 minutes. Destination Charger: Up to 11 miles of driving range in 15 minutes of charging. To fully charge; 8-12 hours. *charging times vary

  • Using Turo Go, how do I check in to start my trip?

Follow the Turo Go check-in instructions on the Turo app to unlock and access the Tesla. You’ll need Wi-Fi or cellular data to check in for your trip. You'll need to take pre-trip photos of the car and upload them on Turo Trip Photos.

  • Do I still need to pay attention while using Full Self Driving or Autopilot?

Yes. FSD and Autopilot is a hands-on driver assistance system that is intended to be used only with a fully attentive driver. Tesla's are NOT fully autonomous, yet. Before enabling FSD or Autopilot, you must agree to “keep your hands on the steering wheel at all times” and to always “maintain control and responsibility for the car.”

  • How much should the battery be charged when I return it?

You must return the car with at least 70% battery remaining at delivery locations, or at least 80% battery remaining if returning it to my home location, unless you purchased the Prepaid EV Recharge Extra, then you must return it with at least 20% battery remaining. There are Tesla Superchargers 4 miles from my house. Use the touchscreen to navigate to Tesla Superchargers near you.

  • How fast can I charge my Tesla with a Supercharger?

Up to 200 miles in 15 minutes. *charging speeds vary

  • Can I use my smartphone to control the car via the Tesla app?

Yes, this is an optional Extra listed under "Portable GPS" that you may choose to add before the start of your trip. You'll download the Tesla app and be able to use your smartphone as a key, lock/unlock, start car, summon and smart summon, climate control, open trunks, honk horn, flash lights, view charge level, and much more!

  • Tesla Model S support videos:

    https://www.tesla.com/support/model-s-videos

  • What if the battery drops between 0% and 20%?

The car may enter info a low-power consumption mode to conserve the remaining battery power and divert that power to only essential items. The car's top priority will be to safely get you to a charging station.  In this mode, the battery may stop supporting the onboard electronics, climate controls, and all non-essential functions, as well as reducing the acceleration and limiting the speed.  Just like in a gasoline car, if you run the battery to 0% (empty), the vehicle will stop dead and you will be stranded and need to have it towed on a flatbed truck, at your expense, to a charging station. This could damage the battery or other components and you may be charged for repair/ replacement. ALWAYS keep the Tesla battery charged between 20% and 90%

  • Why did the battery slightly drain while the car was parked overnight?

This is called phantom/ vampire battery drain. Depending on multiple vehicle settings, how actively you you access the vehicle, and if the vehicle is parked directly in the hot sun (cabin overheat protection), it will randomly cycle and pre-condition itself and slowly drain the battery anywhere from about 1% to 10% per day. This is normal. The more the car stays awake and out of sleep mode, the more the battery will drain. This is another reason to always keep the battery at least 20% charged, especially if leaving the car parked overnight or for an extended period of time. You do not want to return to the car to discover it now has a dead battery and needs towed to a charging station.

  • How do I use the Key Card to unlock/lock the doors?

To unlock/ lock the car, tap the key card against the b-pillar (between the front and rear doors), a few inches below the camera on the driver's side door pillar.

  • Can I charge the car at (non-Tesla) destination chargers?

YES, although these are a very slow way to charge the car compared to Tesla Superchargers and should only be used if you can leave the car for several hours. There is an SAE J1772 charging adapter for non-Tesla charging stations included in the car. It's inside the armrest storage compartment. Guest agrees to pay $125 to replace it if it's missing or damaged. You may download these apps to find the nearest J1772 non-Tesla charging stations near you: 1. Chargehub 2. Plugshare 3. ChargePoint. Some are free, some require you to pay per use. These destination charging stations are located at places like: beaches, hotels, shopping malls, grocery stores, gas stations, car dealerships, parking facilities, amusement parks and attractions, and many other places. Use the vehicle's touchscreen (or Apps or Google) to locate the nearest charging stations. Do not run the car down to 0% battery. You must keep the battery charged between 20% and 90% at all times.

  • Is Tesla Supercharging free?

NO, Tesla Supercharging is NOT FREE. Tesla bills at least $0.28/kwh and guests are responsible for paying for all charging fees at the end of rental. Additionally, Supercharger idle fees are up to $1.00/min if the car is plugged in and not actively charging. *rates subject to change. To AVOID IDLE FEES unplug and move the car within 5 minutes of it completing charge. It takes about 30 minutes to charge from 30% to 80% on a Tesla Supercharger, this is the FASTEST and best charging option. Use the vehicle's touchscreen (or Apps or Google) to locate the nearest charging stations. Do not run the car down to 0% battery. You must keep the battery charged between 20% and 90% at all times.

  • How do I Start the car?

Within 2 minutes of unlocking the car, you can press on the brake pedal, then enter the PIN code on the touchscreen to start the car. If it has been over 2 minutes you'll need to lay the key card flat on the phone charging pad (located below the touchscreen), then press the brake pedal and enter the PIN to start the car. Then you can remove the key card.

  • How do I open the car's charging port?

There are several ways to open the charging port: Inside the Car: On the touchscreen, tap the lightning bolt on the top left side of the touchscreen to display the battery details, then click on Open Charge Port button in top right corner. Charge Port Door: Press the bottom left corner of the door to open it. From the Tesla Supercharger: Unlatch the charger from the charging mount then bring it towards the charging port. Press and hold the button on the charging handle to open the charging port. The car will show it’s charging when the charge port LED changes and you'll see the charging details on the touchscreen. *The charging port door will close itself once you unplug the charging nozzle, or on the touchscreen you can click the button on the battery detail screen to Close Charge Port.

  • Where's the owner's manual?

The books are located inside the glove compartment, or you can access the manual via the touchscreen by pressing the button marked Manual, or use the below Tesla website link. https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/models/en_us/

  • Where is the vehicle registration and insurance paperwork?

    Inside the glove compartment.
