The car will be parked in the Publix parking lot, I will provide pictures with exact spot location for easy pickup. When you arrive at the car please contact me and I will provide you with the lockbox code and remotely unlock the doors.
RULES: * No Off-roading, burnouts, drifting, or reckless driving. * No One may drive the vehicle unless listed on the reservation * No Tampering with or removing any equipment in the vehicle. * No Repairs to vehicle without Host approval. * No smoking or vaping of any kind. This is a share ride so be mindful of that. If smoke is detected there will be a $250 cleaning fee charged. * No pet’s allowed; please remember some of us are allergic to them. So please no pet, if there are pet hairs in the car there will be a cleaning fee charged. ($250 cleaning fee will be charged) * I will always deliver the car with a full tank of gas, please remember to refuel (Grade 93) upon return or an $55 fuel reimbursement fee will be charged. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LOWER GRADE FUEL MAY CAUSE SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE. * I will always deliver my cars clean to each and every guest. We expect to receive the car back with the same conditions you received. You will be charged a small cleaning fee ($25.00) cleaning fee if the car is returned with mild dirt meaning dust, small removable stains, rain. And if the car is returned excessively dirty meaning stains, excessive dust, mud, spilled drinks, extreme dirt conditions. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
The car is not equipped with a toll pass. Please do not take any toll roads without paying the toll.
If you take a toll road, we will get a copy of the toll in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1. The cost of the toll, 2. All relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3. And a $30 processing fee per toll.
If you get a parking ticket, please pay the ticket right away.
If you don't pay the ticket as soon as possible, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1. The cost of the ticket, 2. All relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3. And a $30 processing fee per ticket.
If the vehicle is towed to an impound lot, it is your responsibility to retrieve the vehicle immediately.
It is your responsibility to pay for all fees associated with the ticket, tow, and storage. Please contact Turo, [Number redacted for privacy and security], to get a copy of the rental contract and receive instructions on how to retrieve the vehicle.
Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you pick up the car.
If you do not return the car with the same amount of gas, you will be charged the cost of the gas and a $55 fee for not returning the car with the same amount of gas.
The only person that can pickup the car is you, the primary driver.
We cannot release the car to anyone other than the primary driver. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and state of vehicle), driver license info (name, address, and driver license number), and insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents.
