If you need more time, please send us a reservation extension request BEFORE the end of your reservation. To preserve the longevity of the battery, do not charge the car beyond 90%. Please do not remove or displace the USB drive. Any violation or misplacement of the USB will result in a $50 fee.

Everything was smooth until I received the INVOICE for the electric charges during the 2-day trip. The total invoice was $188.55 (out of 16 charges). I almost pay for that amount. 16 invoices for 2 days is too many. - My First message: Ryan, can you check the invoice? There is something not right. Ryan's message back: Everything is correct. - My 2nd message: I DID NOT charge on the 16th. Ryan's message: Okay, there are only 2 invoices = $11.04 on the 16th. - My 3rd message: Ryan, there are more than 2 invoices on the 16th. (Actually, it is 6 invoices added to my bill for a total of $60.78). Ryan's message: 10 invoices uploaded. The total now is $127.77. I give Ryan more than one chance to make it right, but he did not correct it until I keep pushing him. Either Turo, Tesla, or Ryan's mistakes I am not happy at all.

We all know Dan's type. The one at the grocery store that says, "hey, my avocados were marked 2 for $2" but the sign was over the onions right next to the avocados and he didn't bother to check but insists while screaming at the register he's correct. Sometimes the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

EXCELLENT HOST! VERY PATIENT!! There is a learning curve when driving a Tesla which ARE not common knowledge. Ryan was extremely patient in advising me on features within the vehicle. The vehicle itself is a BEAUTIFUL piece of machinery....

The car was in great shape. Car was low on charge when we picked it up (not Ryan’s fault), but he took care of it and credited me money back from a supercharge. It was our first trip with Turo, and this car was so easy we would gladly rent again.
